I would like to know who the man was that was taking pictures of , seemed to be kids alot, as the parade came down near the pier. He was marching in the parade, well to the side as it came down the road. He took a picture of my grandson, but never introduced himself, and further down he took one of some little girls dressed very patriotically also…..

If this is a site and the man is on the up and up, want the name of him and the site he has posted the pictures. Nowadays, one never knows why pictures are being taken.
